Cultures of Reception Workflow Tracking

We are currently (as of January 2015) using a Google spreadsheet, "Cultures of Reception Transcription Flow," to claim texts for encoding and track our progress. This spreadsheet is still being populated with unencoded texts; at the moment, the beginning and end of the alphabet have been entered.

This spreadsheet has columns where you can note if texts have been located & transcribed, where you can claim texts to find & transcribe, where you can fill in the dates you start and begin with a text, and where you can make notes as needed.

We also have Google documents to record meeting notes and to keep track of any inconsistencies you find in previously transcribed texts. All of these files are kept in a "Cultures of Reception" shared folder.
