Find the core record
 
Open the MODS datastream
 
Edit the desired metadata, click save
 
Open the Dublin Core datastream

Open the RELS-EXT datastream
 
Change the [col id] to the new [col id]

Find the PID for the core record

When a faculty member signs in to the repository for the first time, identify their community affiliation.
Go to [Fedora Search]

Go to repository.lib.neu.edu/admin
Search for the Core record and gather the PIDs for all associated files that need to be deleted:

Click Manage Members
Thumbnail

Open the faculty user page
Master file
+
Add the user to the proper community
Derivative files

If the proper community doesn't exist, create one, then add the user to the community
Go to [Fedora Admin]

Search for the file you would like to remove and click "Purge"

Repeat for the thumbnail, master and any derivatives, and for the core file.

When a faculty member signs in to the repository for the first time, identify their community affiliation. Go to repository.lib.neu.edu/admin Click Manage Members Open the faculty user page Add the user to the proper community If the proper community doesn't exist, create one, then add the user to the community
