TAPAS will be building a grant proposal for the DH startup grant. The team working on this will include Linda, Sarah, Amanda, Julia, and Ashley. The idea revolves around building TAPAS Classroom, which will be for pedagogical use in teaching TEI. Some features include color highlighting and an ability to add comments, as well as a new structure in order to build "classroom" style projects.

Documentation for the DRS Project Toolkit is being written. Once it's been fact checked by relevant parties, it will be finalized on the DSG website and eventually listed under resources. Abbie needs a brain dump on credit and a few other things from Julia, and the meeting with Jen Anderle will help clarify what we end up doing for branding and how the documentation handles that.

Slack has been proposed as a mechanism for chatting, to help move away from long email chains. Its forum-style set up allows for better group talks. TAPAS has used it and found it effective, and it could help with parts of the team being in different rooms. We have decided to use Slack on a testing basis for the next month, hosing Monday morning stand-up meetings to help everyone see what's being worked on and possibly get help with their issues for the week. Abbie will be taking care of all things Slack, including setting up channels and adding new members as needed.
