• Steven and Bahare are making resources (handouts) and posters to help people choose what kind of mapping softwares they would like to use.
• They would ideally have a large poster for decision tree
• The DSG are presenting at RISE, which is usually an industry focused poster session
• Steven and Bahare are being held up as experts to talk to students
• The projects will go into DRS
• We are doing an ecosystem poster, so we have to update our logo and present a poster.
• We can have multiple posters, takes place in april (7th)
• We want to have a more interactive element to these sorts of things.
• A rebuild of the webpage is upcoming
• GIS and Data Viz have updated their visual guides and handouts
• Students are interested but want more basic information
