  • A short discussion was had about appropriate space and white board usage.
  • Eli and Sarah presented the DRS Project Toolkit at NERCOMP, and overall thought it went well.
  • Sarah in particular like the Bates College "Guidelines" for digital project, a form we may expiriment with ourselves.
  • Bahare and Steven are holding a workshop for an undergraduate class in digital storytelling.
  • Steven is holding his Dichotomies of Design and Data Visualization workshop Wednesday, and may need extra space - it's looking like it will fill up.
  • The WWP XSLT workshop didn't have large attendance but the audience that came was enthusiastic.
  • There is an upcoming women and renaissance pedagogy workshop coming up, as well as a panel of WWP members at a large conference discussing modern info systems and the gender of early modern textuality.
  • TAPAS Classroom has been approved for the NEH grant! Publicity for that will be going out soon.
  • Hillary will discuss the new Open Access Policy.
  • It applies to full-time staff, who are now asked to put conference materials and scholarly articles in the DRS.
  • Opt out is available
  • It only applies to things created after it is enacted.
  • It has wording that may allow us to expose materials to the DPLA and the like in the future if we form those partnerships.
  • It will go for final approval hopefully before the end of the semester.
  • There are some new updates to the DRS.
  • Staff can now operate as faculty in the DRS to facilitate easier publishing of materials.
  • Work can now show up in multiple communities.
