• Sarah Connell will now be the Assistant Director of the WWP.
• A new hire will be arriving in mid to late September.
• Ashley and Sarah were a great success at Balisage
• Sarah was even asked to be on a panel of experts.
• We will try to get a University Press release for the Intertextual Networks grant.
• In September at the library all-staff, Sarah, Bahare, and Steven will be doing a project update.
• We are planning open office hours for the next semester and will hopefully be able to fill the times with informal guest speakers.
• We will consider recording any talks, and posting them to the website.
• Patrick will be coming in to the all-staff occasionally to talk about Charon.
• Charon will allow us more flexible workflows - using non-NU managed accounts, etc.
• We've begun to think about how one anticipates working with Charon, and what kind of user roles there would be.
• We will likely split between editorial and administrative roles, with a few tiers in each.
• Julia has detailed notes on what each tier would have as permissions and what workflows we anticipate.
