• There's an upcoming workshop with Leif Isaksen that we hope many of us will attend.
• The College and Undergraduate Libraries article written by Sarah, Julia, and Abbie has been accepted with light revisions requested.
• Sarah will be moderating at Texpo
• Norhteastern will be hosting the upcoming Northeast Hydra Meeting.
• The spec will be disseminated very soon as a publicly comment-able google doc.
• We will also send a specific targeted email to our development partners.
• Last fall Julia attended a Mellon-funded set of working groups to think about sustainable infrastructure for digital editions.
• Mellon liked the results and is offering a round of planning grants
• Do we want to apply?
• We’re building Charon regardless of whether we got this grant.
• The grant may allow us to get more community buy-in
• It may also allow us to build a new Hydra head focused on digital editions.
• This will add work, but might not fund all the work it add.
• No firm decision was reached about whether to submit to this grant.
