The English Broadside Ballad Archive wishes to use this TEI seminar to address a major problem of "contextualization" it faces?how to preserve in TEI the spatial relationships of text and image on the printed ballad page in such a way as to recover the full visual context of the ballad as it would have been received by contemporaries in the period when it was printed.

Participating Members of the EBBA team would be:
