Administrative Actions and Policies

  • Student reactivation and ledger management: To pay a student on an additional or new ledger, we must complete a new SPAF for the student giving the new ledger number with start and end dates. Note that the job number will be 2.
  • Adding copies to the WWP copy/print card:
    1. Complete a Request for IPR. The "To" field should be filled out as "Graphic Services". The service code for copy card refills at Graphic Services is 6410.
    2. Give the completed request form to Jen, who will supply an actual IPR for the requested amount.
    3. Take the IPR and the copy card to Graphic Services. Be sure to get a receipt\!
    4. Give receipt and yellow and pink copies of the IPR to Jen.
