Administrative Actions and Policies
- Hiring new students. Hiring policies and actions to establish a new student encoder at WWP.
- Student reactivation and ledger management: To pay a student on an additional or new ledger, we must complete a new SPAF for the student giving the new ledger number with start and end dates. Note that the job number will be 2.
- Adding copies to the WWP copy/print card:
- Complete a Request for IPR. The "To" field should be filled out as "Graphic Services". The service code for copy card refills at Graphic Services is 6410.
- Give the completed request form to Jen, who will supply an actual IPR for the requested amount.
- Take the IPR and the copy card to Graphic Services. Be sure to get a receipt\!
- Give receipt and yellow and pink copies of the IPR to Jen.
